The following Terms & Conditions apply to all Pest Control Services and Termite Services provided by DSP Pest Control Services in Chennai.

1. Free Inspection & Assessment

  • FREE site inspection and pest assessment are available for selected service areas and may be subject to appointment availability.
  • The inspection includes a visual assessment of accessible areas to recommend suitable pest management solutions.
  • The final treatment plan and pricing will be provided after the site inspection.

2. Offers & Discounts

  • Discounts, promotional offers, and special pricing are available only for selected services and limited periods.
  • Offers cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions unless specifically mentioned by DSP Pest Control Services.
  • The company reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers without prior notice.

3. Pest Control Treatment Services

  • Treatment methods, products, and service recommendations will depend on the type of pest, infestation level, property condition, and accessibility.
  • Customers must follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by the service technician to achieve the best possible service outcome.
  • Pest activity may vary depending on environmental conditions, sanitation practices, and surrounding areas.

4. Termite Treatment Warranty

  • Up to 5 years warranty is applicable only for eligible post-construction anti-termite treatments as mentioned in the service agreement.
  • The warranty period and coverage depend on the treatment method, property condition, and service package selected.
  • The warranty covers termite re-treatment in specified treated areas during the valid warranty period as per the service agreement.
  • The warranty does not cover structural damage, replacement of wooden materials, furniture repair, or compensation for any losses caused by termite activity.
  • Warranty becomes invalid if the treated area is altered, renovated, drilled, damaged, or affected by construction work, water leakage, or other conditions beyond the control of DSP Pest Control Services.

5. Follow-Up Services

  • Follow-up visits, if included in the selected service package, will be provided according to the agreed service schedule.
  • Additional visits outside the service agreement may attract extra charges.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate information regarding the pest problem and allow access to required treatment areas.
  • Customers should follow all safety guidelines, waiting periods, and precautionary measures advised by the technician after treatment.
  • DSP Pest Control Services shall not be responsible for issues resulting from non-compliance with service instructions.

7. Service Availability

  • Same-day service is subject to technician availability, service location, and booking confirmation.
  • Service timings may change due to weather conditions, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Payments & Refunds

  • Service charges, taxes, and applicable fees must be paid as per the agreed quotation or invoice.
  • Payments made for completed services are generally non-refundable.
  • Refund requests, if applicable, will be reviewed according to the nature of the service and company policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • DSP Pest Control Services provides professional pest management solutions using approved methods and practices.
  • The company does not guarantee permanent elimination of pests, as recurrence may occur due to environmental factors, surrounding infestations, property conditions, or maintenance practices.
  • The company’s liability is limited to the scope of services mentioned in the service agreement.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • DSP Pest Control Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
